High speed and flexibility - 2 moulders in one!
In the past, if you needed to make some short runs and also some long high speed runs, you either needed 2 machines or lose efficiency on your fast moulder.
The Powermat 2000 combines the best of both worlds. Available with jointing at 10,000 RPM, the Powermat 2000 can be run up to 250 ft. per minute with only 4 knives, probably half the knives you use now. When the short runs pop up, the Powermat 2000 is faster than an unjointed machine.
When equipped with automated setup systems like PowerCom, our customers report that changeover time is so fast that they can produce a short run before the product from the previous long run is finished being tied up, packaged, and moved away. Instead of waiting for material to be moved, run something else!
