The Unimat 23 SP is designed to produce thin veneer used for laminated flooring products, door face skins, and many other applications.
Thin kerf saw blades on very close-coupled spindles can split solid timber up to 3 1/8" thick and 9 1/16" wide into as many smooth veneers as you need. Changing thickness or width is just as easy as changing a moulder head.
Pressurized blade lubrication sprayers prolong blade life and increase running times. A smooth feed system and pressure elements developed especially for the Unimat 23SP feeds the material at a constant rate through the machine with precise control.
The complete infeed and outfeed system can be automated, and the available options include scoring saws for special applications.
