Unimat 23EL moulder
For applications that require very high horsepower or special configurations, the Unimat 23EL moulder is the machine for the job.

Spindle speeds up to 8000 RPM and 80mm travel distance of the vertical spindles permits a 30% increase in production rates while allowing the use of "stacked" tooling for fast profile changeover.
Spindle motor ratings up to 50 HP for the biggest profiles. All upper and lower feed rollers are driven for smooth feeding, even with large and rough stock.
Since the Unimat 23EL is constructed with modular elements, you can add just about any specialty function to your machine.
Tilting spindles, grooved bed for very short stock, universal heads, sawing elements, automatic timber straightening, mobile spindle for panel applications, glass bead saws, chamfer heads, router assemblies, jump spindles - the list goes on and on.

For bevel-sawn timber, your Unimat 23EL can be equipped with tilting feedworks - the only way to ensure positive feeding of bevel-resawn stock up to 30 degrees.
For planing operations, especially glued or dirty timber, your Unimat 23EL can also be equipped with straight knife jointers to remove nicks and minor knife damage without shutting off the machine. This can be an exceptional time saver not available on other machines in this class.
