The Powermat 500

The Powermat 500 has most of the features of the bigger moulders in a smaller package. PowerLock tool holders for fast setup, and a choice of automatic control packages from the simple Memory System to the PowerCom controller with networking to the tool room and other Powercom machines.
8000 RPM cutter speed provides a better finish at faster feed speeds and allows the use of adapter shafts to enable use of the heads or insert cutters you already have with the speed of PowerLock.
Even if your existing cutterheads have different bore sizes, they are all usable on the Powermat 500 with the proper-sized adapter shaft. (If they are capable of 8000 RPM spindle speed.
